The 3rd Morden Reunion was held at Bushell's Farm in Carshalton. The weather was perfect and the generous supply of superb food, courtesey of David & Gwen Bushell, was first class. This, combined with plenty of wine and hundreds of old stories and photographs, made for a wonderful evening.
Jack & Jean London had come over from Cape Town, South Africa for a holiday and it was decided to fit the reunion in around that time (he's the one leading the singing around the camp fire).  David then set about networking amongst the boys he still had contact with.  As the numbers increased it was possible to then badger and bully Laurie McCarthy to come over from New York which at the last moment he decided to do.  Two parties came up from Devon, some Bognor Regis and the rest from around the Sutton, Merton & Ashtead areas.

For a few hours the years rolled back and we all re-lived those wonderful days when we were young and carefree.
The final photograph shows the Pack Football Team from 1948, 7 boys in that picture were at the reunion.
