District Jubilee Camp 2012

Friday 4th - Monday 7th May, Blackland Farm.

A Jubilee Camp Open Meeting will be held on Thursday 23rd February at 8pm in the 19th Wimbledon HQ.

This meeting is intended to:-

• Update everyone on the overall plan and the details of what is going on
• Review where we are in terms of organised the activities (actually we are in good shape but still need help from groups that have not yet committed).
• Inform leaders on the process for registering attendees and making payments to the district
• Provide an opportunity for questions to be asked and issues resolved.

District Sports

Due to the Olympics we have to change our arrangements for the sports this year. The event will be held on Saturday 23rd June at Sutton Arena.
