Tooting & Mitcham Football Ground is in Bishopsford Road, Morden, SM4 6BF. A plan of the site is available here.

The District Beavers, Cub Scouts, Scouts, Explorer Scouts and Leaders will assemble at the ground at 12:30pm in the area shown in yellow on the plan.
The District will form up under the direction of Paul Atkins into a parade around the ground for inspection by the Mayor of Merton, Councillor Judy Saunders.
Parents will be invited to take their seats in the West Stand
Groups will form the parade in numerical alphabetical order (1st Lower Morden, 1st Merton Park, 1st Morden, 1st Wimbledon, 2nd Morden etc), Explorer Units will be together at the rear of the parade.
Groups will form up in the sequence Beavers, Cubs & Scouts. Flags will be paraded in front of each section
The parade will be led by the Union Flag and the Flag of St George carried by members of the Explorer section
The parade will be in lines of two abreast due to a width restriction on the South side of the Ground.
The parade will commence its circuit of the ground at 12.40 and pass the Mayor of Merton for inspection

When ready, the parade will be called to order and, led by the colours, the column will pass the saluting base
As Groups approach, the Senior Leader will give the order "Eyes Right" and when past "Eyes Front", all Leaders will Salute
Service
When the parade reaches the North side of the Ground, Colours will leave their Groups under the direction of marshalls and wait in the flag marshalling area shown on the plan.
Groups will be directed to take their seats for the service in the Main Stand
Scout Network and Scout Fellowship members working together will act as stewards and direct the entry and seating under the instruction of Keith Daly
Flags will enter the service as directed by stewards during the first song and be placed in the Stands. The flag bearers will take their seats in the reserved front row of the Main Stand.
The Service will commence at 1.00pm and will be conducted by young people of the District under the leadership of the DC
Members of the 1st Lower Morden Group will read the Prayers and the Section Laws.
A collection will be taken for Woodlarks Campsite Trust for disabled people www.woodlarks.org.uk and the support of the District Band
At the end of the service the District will remain in the stands for dismissal from there by the DC
The dismissal will be at approx 1.45pm
Notes
There is ample parking within the ground shown on the plan
Full, smart and current uniform is required for all adult and young members
Awards will be worn
The senior leader with each Group will be asked to complete a slip confirming numbers present
