Overview of the Award

The Meritorious Conduct Award is presented to Scouts who demonstrate a high degree of courage, endurance, initiative, or dedication to the Scouting movement, often under challenging circumstances. This award does not necessarily involve acts of bravery that put life at risk but recognizes significant contributions and conduct of a high standard.
