Place to belong: Scouts launches its new strategy to 2035

Scouts has launched Place to belong, our new strategy setting out the vision for the movement through to 2035.

The strategy focuses on creating welcoming, inclusive environments where every young person and volunteer feels they belong, while continuing to help young people develop the skills, confidence and experiences that prepare them for life.

Over the coming years, Place to belong will shape how we support volunteers, deliver programme experiences and grow Scouting so that even more young people can benefit from everything the movement has to offer.

Many of the changes you’ll begin to see across Scouts, including the refreshed Explorer programme, form part of this wider vision for the future.
