The DHQ sits with in the National Trust’s Morden Hall Park. There are various activities that can be undertaken within DHQ and these include a camp fire circle, camping, areas for camping skills:- fire lighting, axe and knife use , pioneering, camp gadgets etc, axe throwing, soft archery, wide games, log climb (by arrangement) and a traversing wall. The building comprises of a main hall, kitchen, toilets and disabled access plus disabled toilet, tables and chairs and an outside water tap.
